Birkman Certification is a high level premium qualification to add to your toolkit. On completion you qualify as a Birkman Certified Professional (BCP). It equips you to use The Birkman Method® (TBM) assessment - an online questionnaire which generates Birkman data and a comprehensive range of individual and group reports.

Birkman data measures a person’s motivation, behaviour, perspective and mindset - all of which impact every area of their work and relationships.

Certification provides both knowledge & understanding of the data and practice in interpreting & communicating the meaning and implications of the data for individuals, teams and organisations. Certification is awarded by Birkman International Inc the founders and owners of TBM.

The Birkman Method Certification

A number of Birkman Method Certifications are hosted in APAC (virtually and in person) each year. 20 hours of training are required plus a virtual Prep course and practice conversations.

Suitable for all People Professionals, leaders, managers, business owners in corporate, educational, government, entrepreneurial settings. TBM provides unparalleled insight into the uniqueness of each person and how that positively and in a challenging way impacts their interactions with each other. It enables people to understand themselves and each other, to manage potential difficulties that arise between them and to leverage their differences for better performance, relationships and outcomes. People Professionals can use TBM in all situations and settings with positive and lasting impact.

Certification in Asia-Pacific

As a qualified Birkman Certified Professional you can open a Birkman Account with a recognised Birkman Distributor. This allows you to purchase and send questionnaires to end users and then run reports in multiple formats and languages. Fees are based on the numbers of questionnaires completed through your account. There is no additional cost for and no limit on the numbers of (individual or group) reports you can run for that person.

To develop deeper expertise in TBM, professional development is available through courses, communities of practice and resources such as books and podcasts. There are also higher levels of Certification available.
